DogFender – Precautionary Defence for Dogs

DogFender is a patented precautionary defence system designed to help protect your dog in the event of an attack from another dog.

Unlike a training collar, DogFender is not designed to train, punish or control the dog wearing it. It is carried as a precaution and activated remotely by the owner when protection is needed.

How Does DogFender Work?

DogFender provides targeted protection around one of the most vulnerable areas during a dog attack – the neck and throat.

The owner carries the remote control and, if another dog attacks or presents a serious threat, can activate one of three defence levels.

Once activated, the system is ready to respond. If the attacking dog's mouth makes contact with the protective studs positioned around the collar, a brief static discharge is directed towards the attacking dog's mouth.

The sudden sensation is designed to interrupt the attack, giving the owner an opportunity to regain control and safely separate the dogs.

Your dog wears the protection. Your dog does not receive the discharge.

Simple to Use
